Queen Beatrix performs naming ceremony first Patrol Ship RNLN
On 2 February 2010, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, performed the christening and launch of the first Patrol Ship "Holland" for the Royal Netherlands Navy.
DSNS awarded with contract JSS for Royal Netherlands Navy
On 18 December 2009, the Netherlands' Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) and Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding (DSNS) signed a contract for the supply of a Joint Logistic Support Ship (JSS).
